Journal Lab

A quiet sequence for noisy weeks

Technical Trading Plan and Journal Lab at DataCloud Pro follows the same four passes every intensive—so logging stays useful when markets are loud.

Session sequence

Four passes every cohort repeats

01

Capture

Screenshot the context timeframe, execution timeframe, and exit. Tie each set to the face-sheet rule that applied. No gallery dumps—only frames that answer a decision question.

02

Grade

Score outcome and plan adherence separately. A green P&L with a broken rule is marked clearly. Skipped setups that matched the plan are logged too, so hesitation has a record.

03

Review

Once a week, read the adherence score before the P&L. Name repeated mistakes and setups that never fired. Propose at most one rule change when the journal shows a pattern—not after a single rough day.

04

Revise

Write edits into the plan only when evidence supports them. Keep the face sheet short enough to open before the next session. The lab ends when you can run the sequence alone.

Who the lab fits

Traders with a draft plan—or graduates of Trading Plan Blueprint Studio—who still lose the thread mid-week. Absolute beginners without chart time are asked to build basic literacy first. Experienced traders who already journal often join Weekly Plan & Journal Review instead of the full intensive.

Sessions run from our Mount Steadman studio or by video when capacity allows. Materials stay personal: your instruments, your timeframe, your notes.
