Screenshots That Earn Their Space in the Journal
Journals fill with screenshots that show nothing useful: no marked level, no annotated trigger, no note of why size was chosen. In the lab we teach a three-frame habit—context timeframe, execution timeframe, and exit—each with one sentence.
Delete frames that do not answer a question. Storage is cheap; attention is not. When you reopen the journal a month later, you should see the decision, not a gallery of candles.
