Grade the Setup, Not Only the P&L
Profit feels like proof. It is not always proof of a good process. In Journal Lab Intensive every logged trade gets two grades: outcome and plan adherence. A green P&L with a broken rule earns a clear mark so the pattern is visible by week’s end.
We also mark skipped trades that matched the plan. Traders who only log fills miss the cost of hesitation. Keep the screenshot, the rule that applied, and a one-word emotion tag. After twenty entries the spreadsheet of feelings and broken rules usually teaches more than any generic pattern deck.
